On-Site Service Fee
We charge an on-site service fee for our trip to you. The rate is $3.50 per mile. The minimum on-site trip fee is $75.
We only charge for the trip to you not the return trip. The farther we have to travel, the more the cost will be. Each service call is charged an on-site trip fee even if we are already in the same RV park or area.
We use Google Maps and your location for the mileage calculations
Labor Rate
Our hourly rate is $150 and starts once we arrive onsite. For all of our service calls we have a 1 hour minimum.
This means that you have paid for the full hour so if our the repair only takes us a few minutes then feel free to bring up any of your other concerns and we can address them as we are able or you can just pick our brain about any of your RV needs and we will share our industry knowledge and experience with you.
