How much will your Repair or Service Costs?
Service Call
Our Service call costs $150 and includes the following,

Reserved appointment in our calendar.

Technicians travel/trip fee to your campsite.

1 Hour of our Technicians time to Diagnosis or Fix your problem.

If parts or additional labor time is required then we will provide you with an estimate.
Rates, Mileage and Cancelation Policy
Mileage: Mileage will be charged @ $2.50 a mile one way if you reside outside of our 30 mile service area.
Ex: If you live 55 miles away. You can expect to pay 25 miles @ $2.50 = $62.50.
Cancelation Policy: You may cancel your appointment at no costs up to 24 hours before your appointment. Your non-refundable deposit may go towards a reschedule, but an appointment cancellation will result in the loss of your $25 deposit.
Rates: Our hourly rate is $150. If a job requires a second technician such as slides or replacing a cooling unit on your fridge, our hourly rate may be subject to change to accomodate the needed 2nd technician.
